QCJ Chocolate Bean Making Machine is mainly used for cold rolling the pure chocolate paste into various shapes of chocolate beans, such as the spherical, the egg-shaped, the MM bean shaped chocolate beans and so on. This machine is equipped with cold roller, cooling system, cooling tunnel, beam rim separation unit.
The chocolate syrup is feed from the thermal tank though pump to the mould, the mould is working under the refrigeration
situation, lowest temperature can be regulated to -28 ℃ to -30℃, it makes the liquid syrup in the mould become solid in a moment.
Then transferred to cooler of 5 ℃ to -8℃ though conveyor for further definite form.
The finalized shape enter the roller screen barrel for remove the burr of core and automatically discharged.
In standard model of machine, there is one set of cold roller included. For optional function, there is space for two sets of cold rollers in the machine. We can manufacture two sets of cold rollers for two sizes and shapes of chocolate bean in the same one machine based on extra cost of second set of cold roller.
Common two models for chocolate bean forming machine, one model is TQCJ400 with roller size of 400mmx414mm, and another model is TQCJ600 with roller size of 600mmx414mm.
