This machine with feeding disk for candies wrapped in double twist with one or two papers. The computer photo electric automatic detect, no empty packs, speed adjusting of frequency conversion.
1. It is easy to operate, high effect, manpower saving, pretty style, low noise, working smoothly, low fault occurrence and convenient to repair.
2. The main core components of this machine adopt imported new-type components. High-density cam indexing unit and cam gear can reach exact movement.
3. The AC motor of the frequency converter adopts stepless speed regulation control with high precision. It can save energy and extend life. It is adjustable when the machine is working.
4. Controlled by full auto built-in computer , inspected by international advanced photoelectric sensor, traced bi-directional with fast speed, 100% packing rate, no empty package.
5. It has the functions of overload protection, demoulding protection, and timely alarm when there is no film.
6. Food touch parts adopts stainless steel. It is good smoothness, easy to clean, which totally meets standard of food sanitation.
7. Single and double layers of wrapping paper are used.
8. It can be equipped with auto hopper.
