Chewing gum manufacturing machines mainly consists of :

A. chewing gum cores / slabs production

B. chewing gum coating machines;

C. chewing gum packing machines.

A. Chewing Gum Production Line for gum cores / slabs

1. Mixer: 
Raw materials to be mixed into dough( before mixer, there is a gumbase heater).

2. Production line:
Dough to be put into extruder, goes all the way becoming thinner and thinner sheet until required thickness ,and then scoring gum cores & cutting at certain length.
Scored gum core slabs are put onto the wooden trays and sent into a seperate room for aging. 
Alternatively, if you make stick gum, you need to change the gum core scoring & cutting machine into stick gum slab scoring & cutting machine; or in other words, both Coating gum & Stick gum can share the same production line.

Capacity : 100kg / h; 200kg/ h; 300kg/ h ; 400kg/ h.

3. Aging room:
Air conditioner and de-moisture machine are needed in this room in order to reach the below condition:
Temperature: 18-20℃
Moisture:50- 55%

4. Scored gum core separator:
After aging, the scored gum slabs are sent into the Separator to become single and independent gum core .

B. Chewing Gum Coating Machines:

This process is to coat gum cores and then polish.

To make quality gum, especially sugar free gum, while coating, the wind into each coating pans must be strictly controlled at certain temperature , moisture and enough wind amount.
